Brent and Bonnie Jean Beesley have expressed their desire for a centrally managed relationship regarding solicitations. Based on Brent and Bonnie Jean’s wishes, University Advancement will compile a One U funding request document, which will be presented to them by President Randall (schedule permitting), Jerome Davies, and Lindsay Nelson at a meeting in mid-September. Funding request information will be collected via this form. Campus areas should not pursue anything outside this submission without prior approval from prospect manager Lindsay Nelson.   

While University Advancement will consider all ideas submitted as part of this open call process, inclusion on the funding request document is not guaranteed, and preference will be given to areas that have been supported in the past. Bonnie Jean and Brent will review the requests with the foundation trustees, so please include all relevant information. 

Expected timeline: 

• July 8: Call for both impact and new/renewal funding requests sent 
• July 15: Reminder to be sent for impact and new/renewal funding requests 
• July 17: Materials due to University Advancement via form link
